We are currently hiring skilled professionals for SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) Consultant to join our growing team.

Requirements

  • 8-12 years of hands-on experience with SAP ERP (preferably S/4HANA) in SD module
  • Deep expertise in customer master data management and sales organization hierarchy configuration
  • Strong experience in sales order processing including document types, document flows, and order management strategies
  • Proficiency in pricing procedures, discount strategies, customer pricing agreements, and rebate processing
  • Hands-on experience with delivery and shipping processes including shipment configuration and logistics management
  • Solid understanding of billing processes including invoicing, billing plans, and revenue recognition
  • Knowledge of credit management, returns processing, and complaints handling
  • Demonstrated experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations (2+ projects preferred)
  • Understanding of sales cloud capabilities and customer engagement features
  • Familiarity with SAP Activate Framework and cloud deployment methodologies
  • Knowledge of supply chain visibility and order-to-delivery analytics in cloud environment
  • Proficiency in SAP IMG (Implementation Guide) and Customizing for sales and distribution modules
  • Experience with customer and product master data migration strategies
  • Strong understanding of integration patterns with warehouse management and financial systems
  • Hands-on experience with testing tools, defect management, and process documentation
  • Strong understanding of sales and distribution business processes across industries
  • Excellent ability to translate business requirements into technical sales solutions
  • Experience leading sales and customer requirements workshops and change management
  • Proven ability to work in agile and waterfall project methodologies
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related discipline

  • SAP Certifications in S/4HANA Sales & Distribution (SD) preferred
  • SAP Activate Certification strongly preferred
  • Supply chain or sales management certifications are advantageous

Responsibilities

  • SD Module Configuration & Implementation: Design and configure customer master data including customer hierarchies, sales areas, customer classifications, and pricing agreements. Implement sales order processing including order types, document types, line item configuration, and order-to-cash workflows. Configure pricing and discounting strategies including pricing procedures, rebate agreements, discount hierarchies, and promotional pricing. Design delivery and logistics processes including picking, packing, shipping, freight management, and delivery tracking. Implement billing and invoicing configuration including billing documents, billing plans, recurring billing, and revenue recognition. Configure credit management including credit limits, credit exposure analysis, dunning procedures, and risk management.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Analyze current order-to-cash processes and design optimized SAP S/4HANA workflows. Lead sales and customer requirements workshops and create comprehensive functional design documents. Define customer and product master data governance strategies ensuring data consistency and completeness.
  • Integration & Analytics: Design sales analytics and reporting structures for pipeline management, order analytics, and revenue insights. Configure interfaces with external systems including e-commerce platforms, CRM systems, and third-party logistics providers. Implement sales reporting layouts for order visibility, delivery performance, and billing accuracy.
  • Testing & Validation: Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) for end-to-end order-to-cash processes. Develop comprehensive test cases covering order creation, pricing logic, delivery operations, billing cycles, and reconciliation. Conduct cross-module integration testing with materials management, financials, and warehouse management.
