About The Position

We are seeking a support-oriented SAP ERP ECC functional consultant with professional experience in SAP Consulting, focusing on the SAP logistics module SD (including Customizing and OTC - Order to Cash). The role involves investigating complex incidents, understanding business processes, and operating autonomously within a highly customized SAP ECC environment with multiple integrations. The primary focus is on supporting existing processes and occasionally participating in improvement projects, rather than implementing new processes or migrating to S/4HANA. Collaboration with other IT and specialist departments, as well as external partners, is crucial to ensure the smooth integration of SAP solutions into the existing system landscape. The expected activity split is 70-80% for support (tickets, incidents, application management, corrective and evolutive maintenance, 2nd level support) and 20-30% for projects and improvements.

Requirements

• Professional experience in SAP Consulting, with a focus on SAP logistics module SD (incl. Customizing and OTC).
• Support-oriented SAP ERP ECC functional consultant.
• Ability to investigate complex incidents.
• Ability to understand business processes.
• Ability to operate autonomously within a highly customized SAP ECC environment with multiple integrations.
• Strong understanding of business processes.
• Structured and solution-oriented way of working.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Completed studies in (business) informatics, business administration, or a comparable qualification with a focus on IT.
• English: C1 equivalent.
• Genuine prior experience working as a consultant in SAP ERP ECC, at least 2-3 years.
• Mandatory skills: SAP SD (Sales & Distribution).
• Knowledge of end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes: Sales Order → Delivery → Billing → Financial Integration.
• Comfortable with SAP transactions, tables, customizing, incident analysis, process traceability, functional investigation.
• Basic debugging and technical analysis.
• Prior experience in SAP functional support, application management, or AMS.
• European Union nationality or EU/Spain work permit required.

Nice To Haves

• Project Management experience.
• Spanish skills highly recommended.
• German skills valuable, but not required.
• Desirable experience within SD: Order Management, Pricing, Outputs, Billing, integration with external systems.
