About The Position

Navaide is currently seeking candidates at all levels in support of an SAP sustainment project with a US Navy client. This role requires proactive problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and a commitment to delivering excellence in high-stakes environments. Qualified candidates will be exposed to the Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) ecosystem, trained in Navy ERP/SAP implementation methodologies, and mentored in various areas of consulting. Requirements

• Strong interpersonal, communication, active listening, assertiveness, negotiation, conflict resolution skills.
• Sharp, motivated, aligned to Navaide's Vision, Mission, and Core Principles.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Office software suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Candidates must possess, or be eligible to receive, US DoD Securityance.
• Candidates must be willing to travel approx. 25% within the continental United States of America.

Nice To Haves

• Navy ERP/SAP experience is preferred but not required
• Navy/DoD financial experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide sustainment support across various functional and technical areas of Navy ERP/SAP
• Support Business Processes Reengineering (BPR) initiatives such as As-is / To-be Process Mapping, Business Rules and Handbook development.
• Delivering presentations, trainings, demonstrations, leading/facilitating meetings with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
• Development of Desk Guides, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Policies, Guidance
• Project management support such as scheduling, resourcing, forecasting, risk management, configuration control
• Analysis of information, interpretation and drafting of technical documentation.
