About The Position

Navaide is seeking candidates at all levels (I, II & III) for Navy ERP Consultants specializing in SAP Sales & Distribution (SAP SD) to support an SAP sustainment project with a US Navy client. This role is crucial for advancing Navaide's mission of driving transformational change, directly contributing to the efficiency, security, and innovation of critical national systems. Requirements

Eligibility to receive US DoD Security Clearance
Willingness to travel approximately 25% within the continental United States
Strong interpersonal, communication, active listening, assertiveness, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
Sharp, motivated, and aligned to Navaide's Vision, Mission, and Core Principles
Strong experience with Microsoft Office software suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)

Responsibilities

Provide sustainment support across various functional and technical areas of Navy ERP/SAP
Support Business Processes Reengineering (BPR) initiatives such as As-is / To-be Process Mapping, Business Rules and Handbook development
Deliver presentations, trainings, and demonstrations
Lead/facilitate meetings with stakeholders at various levels of the organization
Develop Desk Guides, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Policies, and Guidance
Provide project management support such as scheduling, resourcing, forecasting, risk management, and configuration control
Analyze information, interpret data, and draft technical documentation
