About The Position

The consultant will work closely with business users, functional teams, and technical teams to support, enhance, and optimize SAP SD processes across Sales Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Shipping, and Customer Service processes. Collaborate with MM, LE, WM, PP, CS, and FICO teams for end-to-end process integration. Analyse business requirements and provide SAP SD ECC solutions. Configure and support SAP SD processes including Sales Orders, Deliveries, Shipping, Transportation, Billing, Returns, and Credit Management. Work extensively on OTC processes and cross-functional integrations.

Requirements

• 12+ years of Implementing and configuring SAP SD and S/4 HANA processes.
• Minimum 2-3 full lifecycle SAP implementation projects.
• Strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes and SAP ECC Sales & Distribution.
• Configure and support: Customer Master Data, Material Master Data, Sales Documents, Item Categories, Schedule Line Categories, Delivery Documents, Billing Documents, Contracts, Account Determination, Partner Determination, Output Management, Free Goods, Material Determination, Cross Selling, Item Proposal, Pricing Procedures, Rebate Processing.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in Aerospace or Manufacturing industry.
• Experience in global SAP ECC environments.
• Knowledge of SAP CS (Customer Service) integration for repair and service processes.
• SAP S/4HANA exposure is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in onsite client-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Support EDI and IDoc interfaces with external systems.
