About The Position

SNP Transformations, Inc. is seeking an SAP SD Consultant to design and implement technical concepts for mergers, acquisitions, carve-outs, divestitures, and reorganizations at the system and data levels. The role involves planning, designing, implementing, and maintaining SAP-based solutions throughout the solution development life cycle, while ensuring alignment with best practices and client requirements. The consultant will analyze business and technical requirements, prepare technical specifications, manage setup and testing activities, create documentation, and provide go-live and post-go-live support. The position also contributes to presales, internal tool improvements, SAP and non-SAP migration project coordination, and implementation projects using SNP's standard transformation software. The consultant is expected to build knowledge of SAP systems, enterprise solutions, ABAP where applicable, and new SAP technologies.

Requirements

At least a bachelor's degree.
At least 5 years of experience in SAP logistics, focusing on Sales and Distribution.
Fundamental knowledge of SAP SD modules and implementation experience.
Cross-module knowledge in SAP logistics.
Knowledge of SAP-provided tools for analyzing data volume at table and system levels.
Experience in ABAP, development activities, and development support during large implementations.
Experience in data migration projects, including creating migration concepts, extraction and mapping rules, data validation and reconciliation, and cutover planning.
Successful teamwork experience and strong communication skills.
Accountability for delivering agreed tasks with acceptable quality, speed, reliability, and efficiency.
Active approach to presales activities, including preparing for customer meetings and preparing proposals.
High drive, self-motivation, and ability to work as a team player.
Willingness to travel.
Fluent in English.
Must live in Puerto Rico.

Responsibilities

Plan, design, implement, and maintain solutions leveraging SAP and following best practices throughout the solution development life cycle.
Analyze business and technical requirements to ensure solutions meet client needs.
Prepare detailed technical specifications to guide development.
Manage solution setup, programming where applicable, testing cycles, and comprehensive documentation.
Provide go-live and post-go-live support.
Enhance knowledge of SAP systems, enterprise solutions and products, ABAP programming where applicable, and new SAP technologies.
Support presales activities, including preparing for customer meetings and proposals.
Improve internal tools and create specifications for functionality improvements, test scenarios, and testing.
Implement projects using SNP standard transformation software.
Coordinate migration projects in SAP and non-SAP environments.
