About The Position

The SAP SD Consultant / PM oversees project tasks and supports ad-hoc projects with the company's PI team, including coordination, tracking, and scheduling. The role communicates with headquarters and the North America PI team to manage implementation and optimize new and existing processes within the SAP Logistics module as needed to support customer requirements.

The position provides strategic guidance to users defining or designing processes, documents existing customer business processes, identifies inefficiencies, recommends system improvements, and provides backup for SAP consultants. It monitors and reports issue status, reviews performance against operating standards, and provides information and results reports.

The role identifies end users' technical SAP SD and Sales Portal requirements, provides training and documentation, builds and maintains end-user relationships, and provides ongoing support. Korean and English bilingual proficiency is required.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a functional or business consultant with SAP applications.
• Hands-on functional configuration and design experience in an SAP environment.
• Demonstrated experience and understanding of the system development life cycle, application development dynamics, and information technology practices and methods.
• Critical-thinking, analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Bilingual in English and Korean, with the ability to read, write, and speak both languages.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in computer science or a related discipline with an information technology focus.
• Experience processing a variety of EDI document types; familiarity is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills demonstrated through teamwork.
• Willingness to challenge established practices and draw relevant conclusions.
• Ability to understand customer priorities and work toward accomplishing them.
• Ability to manage time and attention according to assigned job roles and objectives.
• ABAP debugging skills.
