Within this organization, the Global Delivery Hub (GDH) under SAP Customer Engagement & Advisory provides deep application and technology expertise to support Success Plans, Premium Engagement, and Enterprise Support customers. Our approach is proactive and relationship-driven, built on long-term partnerships grounded in trust, transparency, and measurable value realization. We engage with a holistic understanding of each customer’s business landscape, enabling continuous improvement of IT and operational processes while safeguarding transformation initiatives. Recognizing that every customer environment is unique, we deliver tailored, outcome-based services aligned to strategic business priorities. The GDH Americas Supply Chain Management team focuses on Success Plans and Premium Engagement customers across the Americas, providing conceptual and architectural guidance to accelerate digital transformation, adoption, and consumption within Supply Chain management solutions.
