SAP Sales Manager

About The Position

We are seeking an experienced SAP Sales Manager with a strong services background to drive revenue growth by selling SAP consulting, implementation, and managed services. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of SAP solutions (S/4HANA, Cloud, Digital Transformation) and a proven track record in services sales, client relationship management, and business development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8–15+ years of experience in enterprise software/services sales, with a strong focus on SAP services/SAP testing / QA services
  • Proven track record of achieving multi-million-dollar sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of SAP implementation and managed services models
  • Experience in consultative selling and solution-based sales.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Candidates should be authorized to accept employment in the U.S. from any employer.
  • Should be willing to start within four weeks of accepting an offer.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SAP testing tools (Tricentis Tosca, Worksoft, Selenium for SAP) is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles for SAP services (consulting, implementation, AMS, upgrades).
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in target industries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, IT leaders, and business stakeholders.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients on SAP strategy and services.
  • Lead client presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies focused on SAP services.
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Partner with SAP and other ecosystem vendors to drive joint opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasts in CRM tools.
  • Track key metrics and report on sales performance.
  • Manage sales processes and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
