Your role will involve interpreting and refining complex business needs, translating them into actionable project plans. You will lead project implementations using Agile methodologies, with a specific emphasis on the Scaled Agile Framework. Success in this position requires hands-on experience managing technology delivery teams, a strong foundation in SAP Sales and Distribution, and the ability to adapt to evolving project demands.

Requirements

5+ years of SAP experience to include the Sales and Distribution (SD) model
Agile Scrum Master experience and implementing projects using Agile methodologies
Understanding of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
Proficiency in SAP S/4Hana Cloud Private Edition
Experience managing a small team
US Citizen (no dual citizenship)
Must be eligible to obtain a government Public Trust Clearance
Ability to work onsite at the client location in Battle Creek, Michigan each week, Tuesday-Thursday

Nice To Haves

Relevant SAP certification(s)
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
Experience with SAP S/4Hana Cloud migrations
Prior experience in technology delivery management within the manufacturing or consumer goods sector
Bachelor's degree in a related field

Responsibilities

Gather and translate business requirements
Oversee the delivery of solutions within SAP S/4Hana Cloud Private Edition, specifically leveraging your knowledge of the Sales and Distribution module to drive successful outcomes
Guide a small team, providing leadership and direction as an Agile Scrum Master
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, removing obstacles, and fostering a collaborative environment to ensure project milestones are met.
