About The Position

Accenture's SAP practice is seeking a transformation maestro with extensive experience in SAP S4 Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), encompassing both plant maintenance and maintenance repair and overhaul (MRO). This role involves solving complex client business problems, enabling companies to do more, and leading teams and projects. The ideal candidate is charismatic, professional, capable of building rapport with clients in business development and project delivery, flexible, a great listener, and a deep domain expert in EAM. As a Lead, this individual will make decisions with lasting impact and possess the leadership skills to handle pressure.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline.
• At least 7+ years of experience in delivering SAP projects including full lifecycle SAP implementations (Local and Global) consisting of program planning/management, Business Case development, planning and implementation across different phases of Software Engineering process.
• Minimum 7 years of experience with SAP PM and/ or Enterprise Asset Management (plant maintenance and MRO maintenance repair and overhaul).
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on large SAP transformational projects with on- and off-shore resources.
• Deep understanding of SAP Standards & Best Practices and should be comfortable working with various functional SAP experts and business teams.
• Experience updating process flows in Signavio.
• Experience working in a Managed Service environment.
• Demonstrates strong leadership skills by effectively managing and guiding team members to achieve project goals.
• Ability to convey decisions and requirements succinctly and appropriately.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels with external and internal parties.
• Must hold Canadian Secret Clearance or be eligible to obtain clearance prior to start.
• English is required for this position as this role will be aligned to multi-national teams where English is the common language across our Global Enterprise.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of SAP’s fit to standard processes and ability to help clients understand how SAP will help their company do more.
• SAP S4 EAM Expert with clear asset hierarchy, work management and overall asset management experience around functional and configuration requirements.
• Experience with data migration in the EAM space.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the detailed design and build of SAP S/4 implementation of the global SAP S/4 template, including effective management of assets, planning and procurement, asset accounting and management, and maintenance and repair.
• Show clients how they can use SAP EAM/ IAM to solve their business problems.
• Help set the strategy for near-term goals.
• Work with senior leaders at a client and/or at Accenture, and be ready to negotiate or communicate persuasively on key issues.
• Use judgment to chart the way forward on critical assignments.
• Lead large teams and/or projects at a client or at Accenture.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to foster professional growth, enhance team performance, and build a collaborative and supportive work environment.
