About The Position

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA SCM Transportation Management (TM) Consultant to implement, configure, and support SAP TM solutions that optimize transportation and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA TM, transportation planning, freight management, and system integration while partnering closely with business stakeholders to deliver efficient, end-to-end supply chain solutions.

SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain Management (SCM) Transportation Management (TM)
Transportation planning and optimization
Load optimization and route planning
Container management
Shipment execution, tracking, and tracing
Freight calculation, auditing, and settlement
Carrier tendering and transportation procurement
SAP S/4HANA integration with logistics and warehouse management
Transportation document processing and reversals
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

Nice To Haves

5+ years of SAP Transportation Management consulting experience.
Proven success implementing and configuring SAP S/4HANA TM solutions.
Full lifecycle SAP implementation experience from design through deployment and support.
Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable SAP solutions.
Experience delivering end-user training and production support.
SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Implement and configure SAP S/4HANA SCM Transportation Management (TM) solutions.
Analyze business requirements and design scalable transportation management processes.
Configure transportation planning and optimization, including load planning, route optimization, and container management.
Manage transportation execution, shipment creation, tracking, tracing, and monitoring.
Configure freight cost management, including freight calculation, auditing, and settlement.
Support strategic freight management, including carrier tendering, contracting, and procurement.
Integrate SAP TM with SAP S/4HANA, warehouse management, and other logistics applications.
Support transportation document processing, reversals, testing, production support, and issue resolution.
Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), user training, and post-go-live support.
