About The Position

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA PLM & EHS Consultant to lead the design and implementation of Product Lifecycle Management and Product Safety solutions. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders to deliver compliant, scalable, and integrated EHS and PLM capabilities across the enterprise.

Requirements

• SAP S/4HANA PLM and EHS (Product Safety & Product Compliance)
• Incident Management
• Risk Assessment / Health & Safety
• Environment & Emissions Management
• Waste Management
• Occupational Health
• SAP Fiori (EHS/PLM apps preferred)
• Strong stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills
• 7+ years of SAP functional experience (PLM/EHS focus)
• At least one full S/4HANA implementation
• Hands-on configuration across Product Safety and Environmental modules
• Experience integrating PLM with manufacturing/supply chain processes
• Consulting experience with client-facing responsibilities
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

Nice To Haves

• SAP S/4HANA certification (PLM or EHS) preferred

Responsibilities

• Design and implement SAP S/4HANA PLM and Product Safety/EHS solutions
• Lead requirements gathering, workshops, and solution design sessions
• Configure Product Safety & Compliance, Incident Management, and Risk Assessment
• Support Environmental Compliance (Emissions, Waste Management) and Occupational Health
• Integrate PLM with MM, PP, QM, and other SAP modules
• Drive testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, and post-go-live support
• Ensure alignment with global regulatory standards (GHS, REACH, etc.)
