Requirements

  • 14+ years of SAP experience.
  • 8+ years leading SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
  • Migrations - Brownfield and Greenfield
  • Multiple completed SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration engagements with latest SAP Integrated tool chain - Cloud ALM, Signavio, BTP, LeanIX.
  • Extensive experience in the Utility industry.
  • Experience in S/4 Core areas - Finance, EAM, Supplychain and Integrations to S/4 utilities.

Responsibilities

  • Leading technical architecture, migration assessments, roadmap development, and governance for enterprise SAP programs.
  • Strong expertise is required in S/4HANA functional domains for Utlitities (Finance, Supply Chain, EAM, Ariba, SuccessFactors), system integration, data migration/archiving, custom code remediation, Fiori enablement, security architecture, and SAP PO to SAP BTP Integration Suite migration.
  • Provide leadership across SAP's integrated toolchain, including SAP BTP, LeanIX, Signavio, and SAP Cloud ALM, while promoting Clean Core and modernization strategies.
  • Experience engaging with CIOs, Enterprise Architects, and executive stakeholders to define transformation roadmaps is essential.
  • Supports pre-sales and practice development, including solution architecture, proposal development, SOW creation, effort estimation, and migration strategy definition for large SAP transformation opportunities.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and architecture governance capabilities are critical for success.
