SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Lead / Architect
About The Position
Join a high-impact SAP S/4HANA transformation program as an SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Lead, where you will drive the end-to-end data migration strategy and execution for large-scale ERP implementations. Requirements
- 12+ years of overall experience.
- 7+ years specializing in SAP Data Migration.
- Proven track record of delivering multiple end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation or transformation programs.
- Strong expertise in migration tools such as SAP Migration Cockpit, SAP Data Services (BODS), Syniti, or similar platforms.
- Deep knowledge of SAP master and transactional data migration.
- Experience across business functions including Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Sales.
- Strong leadership capabilities.
- Strong client-facing capabilities.
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
- Strong data quality capabilities.
- Strong reconciliation capabilities.
- Strong cutover planning capabilities.
Nice To Haves
- SAP S/4HANA certification.
- SAP MDG experience.
- Experience supporting global deployments or multi-country rollouts.
Responsibilities
- Owning and managing the complete data migration workstream.
- Defining migration strategies.
- Overseeing data assessment and cleansing activities.
- Establishing source-to-target mappings.
- Leading migration design, development, testing, and mock conversion cycles.
- Partnering closely with business, functional, and technical teams to ensure data quality, reconciliation, validation, and business sign-off.
- Leading cutover planning and execution.
- Providing post-go-live support.
- Managing onsite and offshore teams.
- Ensuring governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment throughout the program lifecycle.
