About The Position

CTG is seeking to fill a SAP S/4 HANA Data Migration Lead position for our client in Virginia Beach, VA. This role involves implementing BO Data Services ETL jobs within a Business Objects Enterprise landscape, supporting complex ETL Data Flows, and configuring BW extractors/SAP/Non-SAP extractors with Data Services. The position also requires experience with HANA Replication with Data Services & loading with SAP DMC, and hands-on skills in SAP BODS, SAP BOIS, SAP SDI, SAP DATA HUB, SAP DMC, and SAP Data Migration for S/4 HANA and other SAP products.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA data models.
• Strong proficiency with SAP Migration Cockpit, LTMOM, and/or SAP BODS.
• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end data mapping, transformation, cleansing, and load execution.
• Solid understanding of IDocs, BAPIs, APIs, and load mechanisms.
• Strong SQL and data quality skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Business Objects Data Services.
• Hands-on skills in one or many of the following skills - SAP BODS, SAP BOIS, SAP SDI, SAP DATA HUB, SAP DMC and SAP Data Migration for S/4 HANA and other SAP products.
