About The Position

Fusion Consulting is seeking an experienced SAP Quality Management Consultant to join their team and support SAP QM activities within an international pharmaceutical environment. The role involves analyzing business requirements, configuring SAP QM processes, and ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical quality standards and regulatory requirements. The consultant will collaborate with business stakeholders, support integration with other SAP modules, and participate in testing and implementation activities. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in SAP QM configuration and a deep understanding of regulated quality environments within the pharmaceutical industry.

Requirements

  • Approximately 5–6 years of professional experience as an SAP QM Consultant.
  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP Quality Management configuration and business processes.
  • Previous experience working within the pharmaceutical industry is mandatory.
  • Understanding of regulated quality environments and pharmaceutical business processes.
  • Experience with SAP QM integration with other SAP modules.
  • Ability to analyse business requirements and convert them into functional SAP solutions.
  • Experience preparing functional documentation and supporting testing activities.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with international stakeholders.
  • Fluent English skills is required.
  • Must be based in Brazil or Argentina.
  • CV must be submitted in English.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP QM solutions.
  • Configure, maintain, and enhance SAP Quality Management processes.
  • Support quality processes.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand quality-related requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Support SAP QM integration with other SAP modules, particularly MM, PP, WM/EWM, and SD.
  • Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical development teams when required.
  • Participate in testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
  • Support system implementation, enhancements, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Prepare process documentation, configuration documentation, and user training materials.
  • Ensure that SAP QM processes comply with pharmaceutical quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Work effectively with international and cross-functional project teams.
