Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 4+ years of SAP experience, with a focus on SAP QM
- Experience in at least 1–2 full lifecycle SAP implementations
- Strong knowledge of SAP QM processes (inspection, quality notifications, quality planning, etc.)
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional design specifications
- Experience working with cross-functional SAP modules (MM, PP, PM, etc.)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and support workshops
- English is required for this position as this role will be aligned to multi-national teams where English is the common language across our Global Enterprise.

Responsibilities
- Managing the overall delivery of programs or projects to achieve defined business outcomes.
- Defining project scope, overseeing execution, and communicating across multiple stakeholder groups to manage expectations, risks, issues, and outcomes.
- Analyzing business requirements and designing SAP QM solutions aligned with client objectives.
- Configuring and supporting SAP QM processes, including quality planning, inspection, notifications, and audit management.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (MM, PP, PM, EWM, etc.) to ensure end-to-end integration.
- Translating business needs into functional specifications and supporting technical teams during build and testing.
- Facilitating workshops and stakeholder discussions to gather, refine, and validate requirements.
- Contributing to key design and solution decisions across the project lifecycle.
- Supporting testing activities (unit, integration, UAT) and ensuring quality of deliverables.
- Providing recommendations to improve business processes and system efficiency.
- Mentoring junior team members and providing guidance to support project delivery.
- Assisting with issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives.
