Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, JIRA Align, JIRA Service Management, or other Atlassian suite tools (Confluence).
Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
Familiarity with ITSM/change management tools (ServiceNow) alongside JIRA.
Detail-oriented with a passion for clean, well-organized JIRA boards and traceable project artifacts.
Data-driven decision-maker.
Strong servant-leadership mindset.
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving enterprise environments.
