Requirements

7+ years of SAP Project Management experience.
Strong experience managing end-to-end SAP implementations or transformation projects.
Experience coordinating cross-functional SAP teams and client stakeholders.
Strong knowledge of project planning, risk management, change management, and governance.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment with travel as required.

Nice To Haves

PMP and/or SAP-related certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead SAP projects from planning and initiation through implementation and go-live.
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables.
Coordinate with SAP functional/technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and clients.
Track project progress and ensure milestones are delivered on time and within budget.
Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, escalations, and change requests.
Conduct project status meetings and provide regular updates to senior management and clients.
Coordinate impact assessments and approvals for project changes.
Manage testing, UAT, deployment, cutover, and go-live activities.
Maintain project documentation, governance, status reports, and project artifacts.
Drive post-go-live support, knowledge transfer, and transition activities.
