About The Position

These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. In SAP programme management at PwC, you will focus on overseeing and managing large-scale SAP implementation projects within an organisation. You will work closely with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams to define project objectives, develop project plans, allocate resources, monitor progress, and mitigate risks. Working in SAP programme management, you will coordinate multiple projects, resources, and stakeholders to enable successful delivery of SAP solutions. Growing as a strategic advisor, you leverage your influence, expertise, and network to deliver quality results. You motivate and coach others, coming together to solve complex problems. As you increase in autonomy, you apply sound judgment, recognising when to take action and when to escalate. You are expected to solve through complexity, ask thoughtful questions, and clearly communicate how things fit together. The Opportunity As part of the SAP Program Management team you consult, design, implement, support, and lead significant tracks on larger projects or lead mid-sized consulting engagements within the SAP product suite. As a Senior Manager you guide large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a senior level to drive project success. You leverage your specialized knowledge and technical acumen to deliver quality results, motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, and develop top-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 8 years of experience

  • Specializing in ITIL v3 or other Service-based principles
