About The Position

Join a forward-thinking NVH Division as a Senior Digital & IT Analyst focused on SAP Production Planning (PP). You will define, configure, test, and support business-critical SAP systems, collaborating closely with business and IT leaders to optimize our Plan-to-Produce operations. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 7+ years’ experience integrating business processes with analysis in SAP environments.
  • Deep expertise in SAP ECC application and Production Planning (PP) module.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP module configuration and system integration.
  • Proven ability to lead project teams and manage the full systems development lifecycle.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing platforms.
  • Proven skill in gathering requirements and translating into functional/technical specifications.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with integration across additional SAP modules (MM, QM, PM, etc.).
  • Background in training and developing end-user documentation.
  • Familiarity with operational KPI development and reporting.
  • Exposure to manufacturing, quality, or maintenance business processes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert SAP configuration and integration for the Production Planning (PP) module within SAP ECC6.
  • Deliver daily support for SAP Eco-System, troubleshooting and resolving complex user issues quickly.
  • Analyze and document business processes to identify and implement IT solutions aligned with organizational goals.
  • Partner with key business stakeholders to validate opportunities and define the functional roadmap.
  • Plan, manage, and implement ERP and business systems projects, including scheduling, milestones, team formation, and budget oversight.
  • Develop, communicate, and validate technical and business requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solution integrity.
  • Create operational documentation, KPI metrics, and end-user materials (guides, process flows, training content).
  • Conduct knowledge transfer and training for business users and IT peers, promoting best practices.
  • Oversee monitoring of system interfaces and batch jobs, ensuring operational excellence.
  • Lead or co-lead regional or technology projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
