SAP Production Analyst
About The Position
Aston Carter is partnering with a leading manufacturing organization in the northern suburbs of Chicago that is looking to add a SAP Production Control Analyst to their team. This is a hands-on role supporting manufacturing operations and SAP production processes. We're looking for someone who understands how production orders move through a facility and has experience troubleshooting issues that impact production flow. This is a great opportunity for someone who lives in the SAP production environment daily and enjoys improving processes, solving operational challenges, and partnering closely with manufacturing teams.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, and manufacturing operations
- SAP experience required (S/4HANA experience preferred)

Responsibilities
- Releasing production orders and materials to the floor
- Managing and closing work orders
- Resolving material shortages, substitutions, inventory issues, and cost variances
