About The Position

We are seeking an experienced SAP PEO specialist to lead and support complex manufacturing SAP transformation programs. You will design, configure, and deploy SAP S/4HANA PEO solutions, connecting engineering design data (PLM/BOM/Routings) seamlessly with shop floor execution. This role requires US Citizenship and focuses on the Aerospace & Defense industry.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in SAP PP (Production Planning), PEO, and integrations with PLM.
• Familiarity with engineering change records, version control schemas, shop floor dispatching, and MES/Digital Manufacturing integrations.
• Hands-on background in discrete manufacturing, complex custom machinery, and/or Aerospace & Defense industry.
• Good knowledge and experience in PEO BOM's, Routings, Snapshots, Parameter effectivity and Change Management.
• Good experience with PEO Production orders and Classical Production orders and relevant apps.
• Excellent client-facing communication, workshop facilitation, problem-solving, and cross-functional stakeholder management capabilities.

Nice To Haves

• MES experience preferred (Apriso or other A&D industry equivalent).
• Strong PP background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage version-controlled Bills of Material (BOMs), shop floor routings, work centers, and PRTs (Production Resources/Tools) within SAP S/4HANA PEO.
• Lead the integration design linking Product Lifecycle Management (e.g. PLM / Teamcenter / Windchill) with PEO and Production Planning (PP / PP/DS).
• Lead business process workshops with client engineering and manufacturing stakeholders to analyze requirements and map out business blueprints.
• Create functional specifications, configuration guides, support training material development, and ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory compliance (US Aerospace & Defense).
