About The Position

As an SAP P2P (MM) Solution Architect, you will design and lead end-to-end Procure-to-Pay solutions, translating business requirements into scalable SAP architectures. You will work closely with stakeholders across Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT to ensure integrated, future-proof solutions that deliver measurable business value.

Requirements

  • Extensive SAP consulting experience with a strong focus on P2P and SAP MM solution architecture.
  • Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA transformations, including at least one end-to-end implementation.
  • Deep knowledge of Procurement, Inventory Management, and Invoice Verification, with solid understanding of integration to Finance.
  • Experience designing solutions that support process standardization, automation, and compliance.
  • Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills in international environments.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in diverse, cross-functional teams.

Nice To Haves

  • SAP certifications in MM and/or S/4HANA Supply Chain are an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end solution design for SAP Procure-to-Pay processes, with a strong focus on SAP MM and its integration points.
  • Translate business and transformation goals into robust SAP S/4HANA P2P architectures aligned with SAP best practices.
  • Define solution standards, guiding principles, and architectural decisions across projects and programs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, explaining solution options, impacts, and trade-offs in clear business language.
  • Collaborate closely with FI, SD, WM/EWM, and technical teams to ensure seamless end-to-end integration.
  • Provide functional leadership and mentoring to consultants, ensuring high-quality and consistent delivery.
  • Contribute to pre-sales activities, including solution design, effort estimation, and client presentations.
