Key Responsibilities: As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems. This includes the following: Assessing the business model and its integration with technology, evaluating the current state, identifying customer requirements, and defining the future state and/or business solution. Researching, gathering, and synthesizing information to support these activities. Being a subject matter expert, collaborating and managing the team to perform effectively, and being responsible for team decisions. Engaging with multiple teams and contributing to key decisions will be essential, as well as providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across various teams. Facilitating workshops to gather requirements and foster collaboration among stakeholders. Developing detailed documentation that outlines business processes and system requirements. Utilizing data analysis techniques to identify trends and areas for improvement. Creating visual representations of processes to enhance understanding and communication. Supporting the implementation of solutions by coordinating with technical teams and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) in implementation and/or AMS (application support) roles.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience with end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, including master data (customer/material), pricing, sales order management, deliveries/shipping, billing/invoicing, returns/credit memos, and credit management concepts.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience with requirements documentation (BRD/FRD), process mapping, and creating clear functional specifications, test scripts, and training materials.
  • High School Diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
  • Ability to translate business requirements into SAP SD configuration (IMG/customizing), including sales document types, item categories, schedule line categories, copy control, incompletion, output, partner determination, pricing procedures/condition records, delivery/billing types, and shipping point determination.
  • Experience with common SD integrations, especially with MM (ATP/availability, delivery processing), FI/CO (account determination, billing to accounting), WM/EWM (picking/packing), TM/LE (shipping), and CRM/C4C (if applicable).
  • Working knowledge of SD enhancements and cross-functional objects such as user exits/BAdIs, pricing routines, basic ABAP debugging/reading specs, and interface concepts (IDocs, APIs) to collaborate effectively with technical teams.
  • Hands-on experience with testing cycles (unit, SIT, UAT), defect triage, and cutover/go-live support; able to analyze issues using logs and standard SAP transaction traces.
  • Application support experience including incident/problem/change management (ITIL concepts), SLA handling, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to facilitate workshops, drive decisions, and align multiple teams on process and solution design.
