About The Position

The NS2 AI and Cloud Platform Solution Manager will work with our sales, delivery and engineering teams to articulate the solution, design and value of AI and Cloud portfolio supporting the Defense Industrial Base, Federal Civilian, Department of War and other highly regulated customers. This position will focus on the platform capabilities, agentic and generative AI services needed to support the different applications. This role will provide critical messaging, technical sessions and value to our customers as well as internal and external stakeholders. In addition, this resource will review customer challenges and scenarios in order to develop a deep understanding of market, industry, and competitive trends. With this knowledge and their influence, they illustrate and represent to customers and partners the future the product is trying to create and why that future will improve the lives of our customers. This resource will work with the other teams to help ensure that the products are optimized for maximum growth and uniquely differentiated from the competition. This resource will create content and present to different stakeholders and customers. The content will include strategic messaging and incorporate product value propositions. He/she can also work on external content such as a product presentation or a sales presentation. The overall goal is to work with stakeholders and customers to create powerful content to promote adoption and delivery of AI and platform solutions along with the pre-requisite sub services. The candidate will be expected to have a strong understanding of SAP AI and platform solutions and learn about the value of deploying these services within the United States. He/she will participate in design & deployment discussions and customer sales cycles as a member of the virtual account team (VAT team) in support of the sales account strategy. This resource will interact with the SAP sales teams, prospective and existing customers through meetings, solution presentations, and follow-up discussions. This is a fast-paced environment and a nimble, results-oriented team who is looking for someone that is detail oriented and brings a positive attitude, ready to embrace the opportunity to work on high-profile projects.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Platform / AI Solutions – such as Data management, Integration, and App Development
  • 8+ years with SAP cloud solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willing to take responsibility and to learn with a “Get-it-done” attitude, detail-oriented and highly organized to multitask
  • Goal-focused, team player with the ability to work in a cross-functional, an environment that always changes
  • Bachelor equivalent: minimum requirement
  • Must be a US Citizen; this position requires access to customer data.

  • Compose and deliver cloud and AI messaging for solutions within our portfolio
  • Deliver key messaging and value propositions to the internal sales teams, presales teams and internal stakeholders
  • Support technical discussions with our customers
  • The information must articulate the core message, differentiate our offerings, and leave a strong and positive impression to audiences
  • Effectively leverage additional teams who are there to support advisor’s success. (partners, marketing, contracts and product management)
  • Explain technical ideas in clear and compelling language
  • Manages the solution which include deliverables and definitive advice on solution adoption
  • Ensures business critical & innovative results
  • Builds strategic partnerships with key decision makers in customer & partner organization
