About The Position

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring an SAP Master Data Analyst. This is a Full Time - Contract role with a duration of 12 Months, located in Atlanta, GA. As a SAP Master Data Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining all areas related to Master Data in SAP, including Materials Master, Contracts, Source Lists, Order and Delivery Schedules, Pricing and Station Catalogs. You will also assist in the development of lifecycles, processes, and procedures for setting up and maintaining controlling master data for IFS logistics, such as item masters, locations, item sources, and accounting information. The role involves entering and maintaining master data to support business changes like product launches, sunsets, new suppliers and warehouses, and accounting updates. You will work closely across organizational boundaries with stakeholders including planning, service delivery, warehousing, inventory reconciliation, supply chain management, finance, tax teams, and the SAP Centre of Excellence. Key responsibilities include conducting root cause analysis and resolution of master data related issues, managing multiple systems to ensure master data consistency across all IFS Logistics systems, reviewing existing data management methods to recommend process streamlining, and brainstorming process improvement opportunities within OBS processes. You will provide insight and information for automation efforts to modernize workflows and achieve greater efficiency, support SAP users by facilitating system permissions requests with security teams, administer training on relevant logistics systems, and create reports detailing work product status, next steps, blockers, and stakeholder responsibilities. Additionally, you will leverage AI tools to establish new methods for managing workloads and processes associated with Master Data initiatives, including systems permission coordination.

Requirements

Knowledge and use of SAP materials management.
1-3 years in a master data management, customer service, or demand planning role.
Proficient in using Microsoft Excel.
Reading/writing code (e.g., Python, SQL, etc.)

Nice To Haves

A bachelor degree in supply chain, IT, business management, or related field.
Use of Winshuttle and Analysis.
Use of SQL, SAS, or other data tools.

Responsibilities

Be maintaining all areas related to Master Data in SAP, including but not limited to Materials Master, Contracts, Source Lists, Order and Delivery Schedules, Pricing and Station Catalogs.
Be assisting in the development of lifecycles, processes, and procedures for setting up and maintaining controlling master data for IFS logistics such as item masters, locations, item sources, accounting information, etc.
Be entering and maintaining master data to support business changes such as product launches, sunsets, new suppliers and warehouses, and updates to accounting.
Be working closely across organizational boundaries with stakeholders including planning, service delivery, warehousing, inventory reconciliation, supply chain management, finance, tax teams, and SAP Centre of Excellence.
Be conducting root cause analysis and resolution of master data related issues including cross-organization work as appropriate.
Be managing multiple systems keeping master data in line through all systems utilized by IFS Logistics.
Be reviewing existing methods of data management to make recommendations on streamlining current processes.
Be well versed in all OBS processes to help brainstorm process improvement opportunities.
Be providing insight and information for automation efforts geared at modernizing workflows to achieve greater efficiency
Be supporting SAP users by facilitating system permissions requests with security teams
Be administrating training regarding relevant logistics systems to assist users with becoming capable users
Be creating reports that clearly detail status of work products and indicate next steps, blockers, stakeholder responsibilities, etc.
Be leveraging AI tools to help establish new methods for managing workloads and processes associated with Master Data initiatives including systems permission coordination.
