About The Position

The Automotive industry is undergoing significant transformation, and SAP technologies are crucial for modernizing operations. This role involves working with leading companies to innovate using SAP and Accenture Supply Chain solutions, fostering a collaborative, digitally-driven, and inclusive environment. Requirements

Minimum of 5 years experience and proven technical and functional skills with SAP Manufacturing.
Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP projects supporting Automotive or Industrial clients, including driving complex workshops, leading design decisions, and leading the design and execution of system build, configuration, testing, cutover, and go-live in the SAP Manufacturing / Supply Chain area. (SAP support / managed services experience will not be considered for this requirement).
Minimum of 2 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, including project planning, estimation, and solution architecture for Automotive clients.
Experience managing SAP delivery teams, including in a Global Delivery Model.
Prior experience in an Advisory/Consulting role.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience.

Responsibilities

Team with clients on their SAP functional transformation programs through combined SAP application and functional process expertise.
Engage with client executives on business challenges/trends and the potential value of SAP solutions.
Lead customers in defining their SAP journey through the development of business cases & roadmaps, including sales origination, proposal development, and client presentations.
Architect E2E solutions leveraging SAP technologies, custom apps, & add-on partner solutions.
Advise, design, and deliver solutions based on the latest industry and technology best practices using SAP solutions and embedded innovation.
Lead small teams to achieve transformational roadmaps, onsite with clients or within Accenture.
Become a trusted expert and advisor to clients, teams, and Accenture Leadership by staying current on regulations, trends, and innovations.
Be a thought leader, build assets and best practices, and develop the next level of transformation experts.
