About The Position

As SAP Manufacturing Lead, you will lead the site’s SAP support of the Honeywell Manufacturing Process. This role involves deep expertise in Master Data (Material Masters, Bills of Material, Work Centers, Routings), Planning (product groups, MRP, plan evaluation, order release/rescheduling, rough cut capacity, exception messages), Execution (tracking manufacture, recording defects, creating as-built configurations), Quality (creating notifications, dispositioning defects, creating inspection plans/characteristics), and PRO/Field Returns (understanding the process from induction to delivery).

Requirements

• SAP Manufacturing Lead experience
• Expertise in SAP Master Data (Material Masters, Bills of Material, Work Centers, Routings)
• Proficiency in SAP Planning processes (product groups, MRP, plan evaluation, order release/rescheduling, rough cut capacity, exception messages)
• Experience with SAP Execution processes (tracking manufacture, defect recording, as-built configurations)
• Knowledge of SAP Quality Management (QM) module, including quality notifications, defect disposition, inspection plans, and characteristics
• Understanding of PRO/Field Returns process

Responsibilities

• Lead the site’s SAP support of the Honeywell Manufacturing Process.
• Manage and support Master Data, including Material Masters, Bills of Material, Work Centers, and Routings.
• Oversee Planning activities such as creating product groups, running MRP, evaluating plans, releasing orders, rescheduling orders, performing rough cut capacity planning, and resolving exception messages.
• Support Execution processes, including tracking the manufacture of assemblies and end items, recording defects, and creating final as-built configurations.
• Manage Quality processes, including creating quality notifications, dispositioning manufacturing defects, and creating inspection plans and characteristics.
• Provide knowledge of the PRO/Field Returns process from inducting to delivery.
