About The Position

Stefanini Group is hiring a SAP L1 Production Support Specialist in Marshall, MI. This role involves owning the end-to-end coordination of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud initiatives across BOBM's business functions, bringing structure, visibility, and rapid issue resolution to a multi-workstream environment. The position offers an opportunity to enhance project management, production support, and cross-functional leadership skills while impacting a next-generation manufacturing facility.

Requirements

SAP ERP, Change Management, SAP S4 HANA, Java, SAP, API, Jira.
5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP ERP (S/4HANA)
10+ years leading end-to-end IT project management-planning, executing, and delivering complex technology projects on time and within scope.
At least one full-lifecycle implementation of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
Demonstrated experience in L1/production support, incident management, and use of SAP Cloud ALM (CALM), ServiceNow, and JIRA for ticketing, workflow, and issue tracking.
Proven ability to build and maintain dashboards and scorecards for project status, incident metrics, and KPI tracking.
Proficiency in accounting, treasury, banking, master data management, purchasing and supplier integrations, API/interface management, ASN, and middleware platforms.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams under tight timelines.
Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

Cloud background- SAP S/4Hana Public Cloud
SAP CLOUD ALM, BOBM Workstreams.
SAP Activate methodology or project management certification.
SAP certification(s) in Security, GRC, FICO, S/4HANA, or related modules.
Experience with ITIL-based incident/problem/change management frameworks.
Familiarity with automotive/battery manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for BOBM IT L1 support activities across the SAP S/4HANA production environment.
Own end-to-end support workflows in JIRA, ServiceNow, and CALM—managing tickets and backlogs, prioritizing by severity and business impact, enforcing SLA compliance, and escalating unresolved issues to L2/L3 teams with clear root-cause context.
Build and maintain incident and performance dashboards/scorecards to track trends, surface recurring issues, and report key support metrics to stakeholders.
Assist BOBM finance team with month-end close activities, intercompany transactions, banking, accounting, treasury, Wall Street, Backline, MICS, Vertex, and Monex processes.
Support SAP integration efforts across master data management, purchasing and supplier interfaces, API/middleware connections, and ASN (Advance Shipping Notice) processes.
Support SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Identity & Access Governance initiatives, including end-to-end user management (provisioning, deprovisioning, and access modifications).
Support BOBM SAP training and certification tracking, coordinate job aid availability, and schedule training sessions across workstreams.
Build user readiness reporting (dashboards/scorecards) to track certification completion and training effectiveness.
