About The Position

The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. In this role, you’ll: Support and drive demand management processes: demand planning, execution and steering Support campaign build and execution by preparing target lists and drafting internal communication Support internal marketing efforts to build awareness of campaigns and events Maintain a Sharepoint site to host campaign materials Maintain a demand management inbox Assemble monthly campaign reporting updates Monitor campaign progress, assist with outreach content, and track key performance metrics for Sales Campaigns Analyze workflows, propose process improvements, and help implement new tools. Manage event registration and attendance (virtual and in-person) Track progress of programs built by global demand management and monitor and support regional execution Support MU alignment to the sales planning process and drive adoption of Sales Planning Application too The SAP Services demand management team is looking for a highly motivated and organized person to join the team for a 6-month internship based in Palo Alto, CA. Our extended team spans across North America and LAC and each team lead brings decades experience and tenure at SAP. In this role, you will support the Americas Demand Management team’s initiatives around building pipeline through campaigns, events, sales and account planning. This internship is a great opportunity to develop a solid foundation and understanding of SAP Services as the differentiated partner to help our clients accelerate time-to-value while controlling implementation and operational costs on their path toward digital transformation.

Requirements

  • Candidates to currently be enrolled in or a recent graduate of an undergraduate or master’s program in or related to marketing
  • Strong written and verbal communication, active listening, and the ability to engage team members effectively.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and ensure timely follow-ups and accurate record-keeping.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and the ability to think critically and solve challenges in the sales process.
  • Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and identify trends to support sales efforts.
