About The Position

The Business Transformation & Architecture organization for the Americas at SAP works closely with customers, sales teams, and partners on large-scale transformation initiatives across cloud, enterprise architecture, business process transformation, and AI. Our focus is helping customers connect technological strategies to measurable business outcomes and accelerate transformation in a practical, scalable way.
Requirements
- Min. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and/or Business
- May 2026 graduates or must be recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor’s, master’s or JD/PhD program
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organized individual with attention to detail.
- Self-starter, ability to work independently and within a team.
- Focused on deadlines and achieving goals.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

- Really like using Excel (or other programs) to analyze data
- PowerPoint pro who develops engaging slides
- Strong public speaker

Responsibilities
- Work closely with the BT&A Americas team, assisting with numerous projects and initiatives.
- Participate in meetings to expand your knowledge of the BT&A business as well as SAP overall.
- Work on action items that will help influence outcomes and achieve business goals.
- Create presentations, templates, and analytical spreadsheets that are critical to our operational and financial goals.
- Write internal communications
- Assist with demand generation and business development activities to grow the business
- Support organization of and organize/attend BT&A events
