About The Position

The SAP Internship Experience Program (iXp) is a global, strategic, paid internship program designed to provide university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This internship is positioned as more than just an internship; it's intended as the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact. The intern will play a critical role on a small team within the Global Revenue Operations Programs team, which supports the Sales business across the Customer Value Journey. This team ensures GRO runs smoothly and transforms at the pace required to meet the needs of field teams such as account executives, solution advisors, and customer success managers. The Global Revenue Operations Programs team reports directly to the Global Head of Revenue Operations and supports the leadership team, as well as cross-functional and cross-board area programs.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English language is required with university experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables with deadlines (time management).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with SAP teams globally, both in writing and Teams calls.
  • Willingness to learn new systems/processes in a self-guided approach, showing initiative to experiment and try new ways of working with AI and various systems/tools.
  • Analytical skills: Analyze, structure, consolidate and visualize customer, opportunity data.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge or desire to learn Microsoft SharePoint and PowerBI.

Responsibilities

  • Support the design and coordination of GRO enablement programs, including aligning with guest speakers, managing meeting invitations across time zones, facilitating enablement sessions, owning follow-up communications, reporting metrics, and maintaining documentation.
  • Gain experience in project management, strategy & operations, and business analytics, collaborating with the GRO Programs team to align efforts with team goals and objectives, supporting various programs and ad hoc requests.
  • Conduct business analysis to support dedicated teams within GRO, including building and managing data dashboards, sharing insights, following up on assigned tasks/actions, gathering feedback, and ensuring stakeholder alignment.
  • Utilize Microsoft 365 apps including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, MS Forms, and PowerBI. MS Copilot and other AI tools will also be used regularly.
  • Support communications through existing and new SharePoint sites for various operations and sales audiences across multiple topics.
