About The Position

CTG is seeking to fill a SAP IS-U Billing Consultant – Energy & Utilities position for our client. This is a remote, 6-month contract role. The consultant will be responsible for analyzing and documenting existing business processes, gathering requirements, performing SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing configuration, designing and configuring billing master data, supporting billing and invoicing processes, preparing documentation, and collaborating with business and technical teams.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Hands-on SAP IS-U Billing & Invoicing implementation and/or support experience.
Experience working with Energy & Utilities clients and complex billing environments.
Proven experience translating business requirements into SAP IS-U solutions.
Experience supporting end-to-end testing and resolving functional issues.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

Responsibilities

Analyze and document existing business processes related to SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing, including As-Is analysis.
Gather business requirements and develop Business Blueprint documentation for business approval.
Perform client-specific SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing configuration.
Design and configure billing master data, including Rate Categories, Schemas, Rates, Prices, and Variant Programs.
Support billing and invoicing processes across multiple customer categories.
Prepare functional and configuration documentation.
Collaborate with business and technical teams on requirements, testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
