SAP IS-PS FICA Consultant
About The Position
Natuvion is seeking a highly skilled SAP IS-PS FICA Consultant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with SAP IS-PS (Industry Solution for Public Sector) and FICA (Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable) modules. You will be responsible for leading the implementation, configuration, and customization of these modules to meet our clients’ specific needs. This role involves leading data migration and Natuvion DCS configuration of SAP IS-PS and FICA modules, gathering and analyzing business requirements, ensuring data consistency, defining and performing data validations, and conducting in-depth analysis of financial data. The consultant will also provide training to internal colleagues, design and perform customer workshops, support project planning and execution, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes and develop tailored solutions. The position requires the candidate to be located in the US (visa, green card or citizen).
Requirements
- Several years of experience with SAP IS-PS and FICA modules, including full lifecycle implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of SAP configuration, customization, and integration.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.
- Located in the US (visa, green card or citizen).

- SAP certification in relevant modules is preferred.
- Senior SAP IS Utilities Techno functional Consultant with 14 years of experience.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP IS Utilities Architecture, Integration of SAP CRM with SAP IS Utilities, SAP IDE, SAP Device Management/ Energy data management, SAP Billing/Complex Billing.
- Experience in Technical master data in SAP IS-U, Defining Schedule Records, Meter Reading Units, Registers, Register groups, Device Installation, Removal, Replacement, Disconnections, Re-connections, Device Meter Read Management & Meter Read Estimation Process, Meter Read Corrections.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP IS Utilities Billing/Complex Billing and Invoicing processes.
- In-depth knowledge of IS Utilities Billing Master Data:-Billing Class, Rate types, Prices, Operand, Variant Program, Rate, Rate Category, Billing Schema, Rate Determination.
- In-depth knowledge of Real-Time Pricing Interfaces and Components to derive Time Of Use Consumption.
- Good Knowledge of Invoice and Billing Out sort process, Defining Billing and Invoicing out sort validations/Checks, Out-sort check group, etc.
- Configuration of Automatic/Manual Exception Cases for Billing and Invoicing processes.
- Good knowledge of Business Process in Australian Utilities.
- KEY SAP ABAP Skills Reports: Classical/Interactive/ ALV Dialog Programming/Module Pool.
- Interfaces: ALE/ IDOC/ Proxies.
- Enhancements: SAP User Exit/Business Add-In/Customer Exit SAP Business Workflows, Business Object Repository Business object repositories Objects, LSMW/BDC/BAPI
- Currently Working in AGL Energy in 5 Minute settlement program as a Senior SAP IS Utilities Techno-Functional Consultant having 12 years experience in Solution designing/ Implementation and Application support.
Responsibilities
- Lead the data migration and Natuvion DCS configuration of SAP IS-PS and FICA modules.
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to data migration, translating them into functional specifications.
- Ensure consistency in the information that is to be migrated.
- Define and perform validations of data migrated.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data to identify discrepancies and implement solutions to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide training to Natuvion internal colleagues on SAP modules and offer expert advice on technical matters.
- Design and perform workshops for customers.
- Provide essential support for project planning, execution, and completion by leveraging the financial data migration activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and optimize existing business processes.
- Develop tailored solutions that enhance efficiency and ensure compliance with regulations, including report generation and analysis.
