About The Position

Ensure the alignment between business requirements and SAP solutions within the Intralogistics to Demand (I2D) process landscape, by defining, implementing, standardizing, and continuously improving warehouse management processes, supporting SAP rollout and transformation projects, and enabling effective collaboration, documentation, training, and change management across business, IT, logistics organizations, service providers, and external partners.

Requirements

  • University Diploma

  • English language proficiency
  • Bachelor's in Information Technology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, or a related field
  • Extensive business experience in procurement logistics and/or production logistics and/or manufacturing
  • Years of experience in SAP consulting or industry environments
  • SAP knowledge in (intra-) logistics (LE/WM/EWM)
  • Experience in SAP Functional Consulting and Implementation projects (e.g. as sub-project leader, key user or consultant)
  • Strategic mindset with a strong focus on driving continuous improvement and operational excellence
  • Passion for digital transformation and a shared vision of a flexible, efficient, and AI-enabled future supply chain
  • Demonstrated initiative, persuasiveness, assertiveness, and enthusiasm in achieving business objectives
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in complex environments

Responsibilities

  • Act as the key interface between business and IT within the Intralogistics to Demand (I2D) process landscape, ensuring alignment between business requirements and SAP solutions.
  • Drive the business value of assigned intralogistics processes in alignment with the global supply chain and process strategy.
  • Define, implement, standardize, and continuously improve warehouse management processes, including Goods Receipt, Put-away, Warehouse Internal Processes, Picking, Packing, Goods Issue, Shipping, and Inventory Management.
  • Support and execute international SAP rollout, migration, and S/4HANA transformation projects, including business requirements analysis, process design, testing, deployment, and user acceptance activities.
  • Support the integration and optimization of SAP and non-SAP Warehouse Management Systems, including SAP WM, SAP LE, SAP IM, BOWAS, custom warehouse management solutions, and SAP S/4HANA.
  • Facilitate workshops and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, implement process improvements, and ensure alignment across business, IT, logistics organizations, service providers, and external partners.
  • Train, coach, and support business users and external partners in adoption of standardized warehouse management processes, while driving change management.
  • Create, maintain, and continuously update process documentation, functional specifications, test documentation, training materials, and other project artifacts to support successful solution delivery and continuous process improvement.
  • Reads, understands and applies the procedures from area of responsibility and other interdepartmental procedures, applicable within the company.
  • Fulfils any other tasks related to area of responsibility, as requested by direct superior.
