GT Lead SAP Integration Engineer
About The Position
This role involves overseeing integration development for all solutions within their scope. The engineer will collaborate closely with technical and functional teams to understand business requirements and design technology architectures and solutions aligned with SAP best practices. The position promotes and leverages application integration strategies, standards, guidelines, patterns, and conventions. A broad understanding of SAP S/4HANA Cloud or Azure functionality, including cross-functional and technical integration aspects, is required. The role includes providing oversight and coaching to team members, performing code reviews, and ensuring adherence to development standards. The engineer will monitor application design to ensure compliance with architectural guidelines and leverage tools for the development and operation of interfaces using message brokers, SOA/ESB tools, ETL platforms, and related integration technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Information Technology, Engineering (any), Business, or a related field, and five (5) years of post-bachelor’s, progressive, related work experience.
- Two (2) years of experience with SAP technical architecture and integration.
- Two (2) years of experience building integrations using SAP PI/PO or SAP CPI cloud services integration scenarios.
- Two (2) years of experience integrating SAP S/4 HANA with a broader ecosystem to support end-to-end enterprise level business processes.
- Two (2) years of experience with Web Services, XML, XSD, SOAP, JSON, REST, and ODATA Services Security Standards.
- Two (2) years of experience with Security Standards such as SSL, PGP, Encryption, SAML, or OAuth.
- Two (2) years of experience with communication protocols such as FTP, SFTP, HTTPS, SOAP, TCPIP, JDBC, or JMS.
- Two (2) years of experience with Cloud base solution/services in SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS.
- Two (2) years of experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).
- Two (2) years of experience with Business to Business (B2B) or Electric Data Interchange (EDI) integration.
