We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM/Payroll System Owner to support, administer, and optimise Goodstart's payroll platform. You’ll be responsible for the technical administration, configuration, support, and continuous enhancement of the SAP Payroll solution, working closely with business stakeholders and service partners to ensure the platform remains stable, compliant, and aligned to business needs. A critical focus of this role is ensuring the successful operation, support, configuration, and ongoing management of SAP ECC 6.0 HCM/Payroll, including its integration with SAP SuccessFactors. Part of the Corporate Services IT Team, you will act as the primary subject matter expert for the payroll platform, providing technical leadership across support, maintenance, enhancement delivery, legislative compliance, and system optimisation activities.
