About The Position

This is a Hybrid position to be based at one of our locations in Washington, NC, Goldsboro, NC, Wilson, NC, or Raleigh, NC.

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Supply Chain Management (SCM) resource to join our MANN+HUMMEL SAP S4 team. This role is process-heavy, focusing on designing, optimizing, implementing and supporting end-to-end supply chain processes in S/4HANA Public Cloud. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to drive process improvements across procurement, inventory, and planning, while coordinating with technical teams for reporting and integrations.

Requirements

• 5 + years of SAP SCM / Supply Chain experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
• Minimum 1 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation (mandatory)
• Strong hands-on experience with: Procurement, Inventory Management, and Planning processes
• End-to-end supply chain process design and optimization
• Previous experience working with business stakeholders and leading workshops
• Good understanding of reporting and integration concepts (no heavy technical development experience required)
• Strong understanding of integration across SAP modules
• Proven experience in supporting testing and training
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability and availability to travel up to 50% as needed (mainly domestic U.S., but could include additional global travel to Canada and Europe)
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field

Nice To Haves

• Experience with SAP Activate methodology
• Familiarity with SAP BTP, CPI, and reporting tools (functional awareness sufficient)
• Experience in supply chain transformation or process improvement initiatives
• Prior consulting experience in client-facing roles
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative and proactive approach
• Experience in agile project delivery environments
• SAP S/4HANA SCM or Public Cloud Certification

Responsibilities

• Lead design and configuration of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud SCM processes (Procurement, Inventory, Planning, Logistics)
• Drive business process workshops, requirement gathering, and solution design
• Define and optimize end-to-end supply chain processes across modules
• Collaborate with technical teams for reporting and integration requirements
• Validate and review reports and analytics outputs to meet business needs
• Coordinate integration scenarios with internal and external systems (APIs, middleware) from a functional perspective
• Lead and support testing activities (unit testing, integration testing, UAT)
• Develop and deliver end-user training and process documentation
• Provide functional troubleshooting and post-go-live support
