About The Position

This role is for an SAP Functional Team Lead Consultant with a strong background in SAP HCM and ABAP. The consultant will be responsible for leveraging their expertise in SAP technologies and related systems to support enterprise-level applications. The role requires a deep understanding of SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and ABAP development, as well as knowledge of other HR systems like Kronos. The consultant must be self-sufficient in terms of equipment, as Lumen and its clients will not provide laptops or monitors. Access to necessary systems will be provided through a virtual desktop.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of HCM ABAP experience using SAP in a professional environment.
• Knowledge of Kronos Dimensions Suite.
• Knowledge of Kronos Workforce Ready Suite.
• Understanding of SAP Portal technology.
• Functional knowledge of SAP HCM, SuccessFactors.
• Knowledge of enterprise-level applications including ERP.
• Proficiency in Mail Services in SAP through Standard API.
• General understanding of accounting processes.
• Knowledge of SAP Cloud Integration.
