About The Position

The SAP Functional Analyst (L3) role is a contract position for 24 months, requiring a candidate who is a problem solver, highly organized, a team player, a clear communicator, and outcomes-driven, capable of quickly learning, adapting, and collaborating to meet client needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum of twenty-four (24) months of combined experience, within the last sixty (60) months, executing or supporting a minimum of four (4) of the following six (6) tasks in the Defence Resource Management Information System (DRMIS) Plant Maintenance (PM) module: Technical Objects, Notifications, Work Orders, Preventative Maintenance, Tasks Lists, Refurbishment.
  • Minimum of twelve (12) months of experience, within the last sixty (60) months, in DRMIS Workforce Management (WFM).
  • Minimum of twenty-four (24) months of experience, within the last sixty (60) months, performing transactions in DRMIS Material Management (MM) module.
  • Minimum of twenty‑four (24) months of combined experience, within the last sixty (60) months, providing DRMIS PM module teaching, mentoring, guiding, training, or otherwise instructing users on the proper and effective use of DRMIS PM functional processes.
  • Problem solver: quickly formulate approaches from problem statements and target outcomes, undertake research using creative strategies, solve complex problems independently, and quickly learn and adapt to new situations.
  • Highly organized: think in systems and process, create structure in ambiguity, and relentlessly prioritize to pursue what drives the business forward.
  • Team player: effectively partner with others to get things done.
  • Clear communicator: excellent writer (memos, slides) and excel at distilling complex information into simple messaging.
  • Outcomes driven: collaborate with clients, partners, and stakeholders to deeply understand their needs and ruthlessly prioritize to meet those needs.

  • Execute or support Preventative Maintenance within the DRMIS Plant Maintenance (PM) module.
  • Execute or support Tasks Lists within the DRMIS Plant Maintenance (PM) module.
  • Execute or support Refurbishment within the DRMIS Plant Maintenance (PM) module.
  • Perform transactions in the DRMIS Material Management (MM) module.
  • Provide teaching, mentoring, guiding, training, or otherwise instructing users on the proper and effective use of DRMIS PM functional processes.
