About The Position

CACI is seeking an experienced SAP Forms Functional Analyst to support a modernization initiative for the United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM). The role leads the design, configuration, implementation, and optimization of SAP Forms solutions in a complex SAP S/4HANA environment, supporting transportation, logistics, and financial operations. The analyst works with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical experts to deliver scalable solutions that improve efficiency, automate processes, and increase visibility across transportation and financial workflows. The position supports a mission-critical Department of Defense program. It is remote, with quarterly travel to SAFB required, and requires an active DoD Secret clearance. The role also supports integrated SAP processes involving Transportation Management, Financial Accounting, Materials Management, Sales and Distribution, and Extended Warehouse Management.

Requirements

Active DoD Secret clearance.
At least 5 years of experience supporting SAP Forms design, configuration, and management.
Hands-on experience developing and customizing SAP Forms, including form layout design, form logic, data mapping, and integration with SAP modules and business processes.
Strong experience with SAP Forms settlement processes, cost distribution, and financial integration.
Hands-on configuration experience within SAP Forms and SAP Financial Accounting (FI).
Strong understanding of integration points between SAP Forms, FI, MM, and SD.
Experience with cost calculation, settlement documents, invoice verification, general ledger account determination, and cost postings.
Experience supporting end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Strong understanding of logistics and transportation business processes.
Self-motivated and team-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.
Required skills include SAP Forms configuration and administration, SAP S/4HANA, SAP FI integration, financial document processing, invoice verification, settlement and cost allocation, general ledger account determination, O2C, P2P, SAP integration design, business requirements analysis, logistics and transportation business processes, and process improvement and solution design.

Nice To Haves

Experience with SAP Forms in SAP S/4HANA environments.
Experience supporting intercompany billing and settlement processes.
Knowledge of revenue recognition impacts related to form-generated charges and transactions.
Familiarity with EDI and API integrations.
Experience in federal government or public sector environments.
Experience supporting transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations.
Experience in global transportation environments.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
SAP Forms, SAP FI, or related SAP certifications.
DoD 8570 IAT Level I Certification or equivalent baseline certification.
Additional relevant experience or knowledge includes SAP S/4HANA Forms Solutions, intercompany billing, revenue recognition, EDI integrations, API integrations, TM, EWM, federal government experience, global transportation operations, and SAP certification.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, configuration, implementation, and support of SAP Forms solutions.
Configure and maintain form creation, document generation, distribution, and execution processes.
Develop and enhance forms functionality to meet business and operational requirements.
Manage form-related enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
Configure and support settlement documents, invoice verification, and financial processing workflows.
Support cost visibility, reporting, and analytical capabilities related to SAP Forms processes.
Ensure SAP Forms integration with Transportation Management (TM), Financial Accounting (FI), Materials Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
Support automated financial postings and document processing across integrated systems.
Ensure accurate revenue recognition, cost allocation, and financial reporting.
Partner with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams to support invoice reconciliation and issue resolution.
Collaborate with SAP S/4HANA functional and technical teams to design solutions aligned with business requirements.
Translate business needs into effective SAP Forms configurations and solutions.
Support project delivery by helping meet requirements, timelines, and quality objectives.
