About The Position

We are seeking an experienced SAP Fioneer FPSL Architect/Consultant with a strong background in banking to lead end-to-end implementations. This role requires deep expertise in FPSL functional configuration, banking product accounting, and integration with SAP S/4HANA Finance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful FPSL implementations and a thorough understanding of IFRS 9 accounting standards.

Requirements

SAP Fioneer FPSL expertise in the Banking domain.
Minimum of 2 End-to-End SAP FPSL implementations.
Proficiency in FPSL Functional Configuration.
Deep understanding of Banking Product Accounting (Loans, Deposits, Securities/Money Market).
Experience with Event-Based / Transaction-Based Accounting.
Knowledge of Contract Types & Attributes.
Experience with Event Types & Event Processing.
Familiarity with Posting Schemas & Accounting Determination.
Expertise in IFRS 9 (AC, FVOCI, FVTPL).
Understanding of Effective Interest Rate (EIR) calculations.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance Integration.
Knowledge of Core Banking / Source System Integration.
Experience with FPSL → S/4HANA Universal Journal Integration.
Understanding of GL Account Derivation & Document Splitting.
Experience with SIT / UAT / Unit Testing.
Proficiency in Source-to-FPSL & FPSL-to-GL Reconciliation.
Experience in Defect Analysis & Resolution.
Experience with Legacy Subledger Parallel Run.
Experience with Go-Live & Hypercare Support.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SAP Fioneer FPSL implementations, ensuring successful project delivery.
Perform FPSL functional configuration for banking products such as Loans, Deposits, and Securities/Money Market.
Configure event-based and transaction-based accounting, including contract types, attributes, event types, and event processing.
Set up posting schemas and accounting determination.
Implement IFRS 9 accounting standards (AC, FVOCI, FVTPL) and Effective Interest Rate (EIR) calculations.
Manage integration between FPSL and SAP S/4HANA Finance, including Core Banking/Source System Integration and FPSL to S/4HANA Universal Journal integration.
Configure GL account derivation and document splitting.
Oversee and execute System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Unit Testing.
Perform source-to-FPSL and FPSL-to-GL reconciliation.
Conduct defect analysis and resolution.
Support legacy subledger parallel runs.
Provide Go-Live and Hypercare support.
