Sr SAP Finance Program Manager - Transformation Greenfield
About The Position
TEKsystems is seeking an experienced Finance Transformation Program Manager to lead and coordinate finance-focused initiatives as part of a large-scale SAP ECC to S/4HANA transformation program that is in flight. They are looking for a Senior level SAP Greenfield Finance PM/PMO that can come in and hit the ground running. This role will serve as a critical liaison between the SI and internal Finance, IT, and Business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of finance process transformation, system implementation, data migration, testing, and change management activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management experience within enterprise ERP implementations, particularly SAP Finance transformations, and have a deep understanding of accounting, financial operations, and business process improvement.
Requirements
- Experienced Finance Transformation Program Manager
- Experience leading and coordinating finance-focused initiatives
- Experience with SAP ECC to S/4HANA transformation programs
- Senior level SAP Greenfield Finance PM/PMO experience
- Strong project management experience within enterprise ERP implementations
- Deep understanding of accounting, financial operations, and business process improvement
Responsibilities
- Lead finance workstream activities within the SAP S/4HANA transformation program.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Facilitate governance meetings, steering committee updates, and status reporting.
- Manage project scope, risks, dependencies, and issue resolution.
- Ensure alignment between Finance, IT, PMO, and implementation partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Finance stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with executive sponsors, business leaders, and project teams.
- Support organizational change management, communications, and end-user readiness efforts.
- Drive adoption of new processes and system capabilities.
- Managing SI partner and internal teams
- Rescue project that came into a program last minute
- Work through issue resolution
