About The Position

Mini-Circuits designs, manufactures and distributes integrated circuits, modules, and sub-systems for high-performance radio frequency (RF) and microwave applications. With design, sales and manufacturing locations in over 30 countries, Mini-Circuits’ products are used in a range of wired and wireless communications applications. We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Finance (FICO) Solution Specialist with expertise in SAP S/4HANA Cloud implementations and preferably has knowledge of SAP Activate methodologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing SAP FI solutions to support financial processes and enhance overall efficiency. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality SAP implementations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
5+ years of experience in SAP FICO implementation and support, with at least 2+ years in SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
Strong understanding of financial accounting, tax compliance, financial reporting, and closing processes.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of SAP Activate methodologies.
Experience in SAP Fiori applications and embedded analytics is a plus.
SAP FICO or SAP S/4HANA certification is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead and participate in SAP S/4HANA Cloud implementations, focusing on SAP FICO module configurations and best practices.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and solution designs.
Configure SAP FI functionalities, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Financial Closing.
Provide expertise in integration with other SAP modules such as CO, MM, and SD to ensure end-to-end process efficiency.
Collaborate with key business stakeholders to conduct workshops, user training, and change management activities.
Support system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, providing post-go-live support and continuous improvements.
Keep up to date with the latest SAP S/4HANA functionalities and industry best practices.
