Your role will include, but isn’t limited to: Develop strategic client relationships while providing high quality work across multiple client projects as a functional finance solution architect Responsible for leading client and PwC teams in the design and implementation of SAP FICO and related finance modules Lead and facilitate design sessions with the client as well as leading the team through the development and approval of the project deliverables. Familiarity with the SAP Activate methodology is beneficial. Lead and provide advice to clients on leading practices to manage finance related processes, and oversee functional teams to drive solution design and implementation of SAP FICO Proven leader with in-depth knowledge of Finance and Controlling business functions and SAP functionality to drive development of client offerings and end-to-end transformation projects Build solid and collaborative relationships with team members, foster a productive team environment. Responsible for solution strategy and project delivery as an SAP Finance Stream lead. Work with the project management team to manage and report status, risks, and issues Working with across multiple teams (functional, technical, reporting, training) to align on scope, solution design, development and deliverables. Identify and address client needs: developing and sustaining deep client relationships using networking, negotiation and persuasion skills to identify and sell potential new service opportunities; preparing and presenting complex written and verbal materials; and defining resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collection Contribute to teams to generate a vision, establish direction and motivate members, create an atmosphere of trust, leverage diverse views, coach staff, and encourage improvement and innovation.

Requirements

Strong prior experience in managing client relationships while providing high quality work
Previous experience in leading a functional team of consultants through all phases of an implementation project
Strong prior experience in leading implementation of SAP FICO in the following required functional areas: Financial Accounting: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets, Treasury, Fund and Grant Management.
Strong prior experience in leading implementation of SAP FICO in the following required functional areas: Controlling: Overhead Management, Project Accounting, Product Costing, Margin Analysis
Strong prior experience in leading implementation of SAP FICO in the following required functional areas: Integration with other SAP modules: Procurement, Sales, Production, Human Capital Management.
Proven experience in ability to integrate complex and divergent requirements into a simple, intuitive, and successful SAP solution design
Proven experience in developing solution architecture leveraging SAP technologies to enable clients’ business processes
Deep understanding of financial management and reporting functions and expertise working in different industries (eg CPG, Manufacturing, Public Services, Retail)
Proven track record of successfully delivering SAP application solutions with at least two end to end SAP FICO implementation project on premise and Cloud edition

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with the SAP Activate methodology is beneficial.
Familiarity with Group Reporting, Financial Planning & Analysis (preferred)
An interest in deepening your cross functional business acumen, technical knowledge, particularly with SAP’s newer cloud technologies, and upskilling for a digital world and technology trends
