About The Position

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP FSM Architect to lead the end-to-end design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise SAP Field Service Management solutions across multiple client environments. This is a senior, client-facing consulting role requiring strong architectural expertise, hands-on SAP FSM knowledge, and the ability to operate across complex enterprise landscapes. The Architect will act as the solution authority for SAP FSM engagements, working across multiple clients within a consulting delivery model. The SAP FSM Architect will be responsible for leading the design, configuration, and delivery of scalable field service management solutions using SAP Field Service Management, integrated with enterprise SAP ecosystems including SAP S/4HANA and SAP Customer Experience platforms. The role requires strong functional and technical expertise in service operations, dispatching, scheduling, mobile workforce management, and enterprise integration architecture. This position supports multiple clients and requires strong consulting capability, stakeholder engagement, and adaptability across industries.

Requirements

  • 10–18+ years in SAP ecosystem
  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP FSM implementations

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end architecture design for SAP FSM implementations
  • Define scalable and reusable FSM solution frameworks
  • Design service workflows including scheduling, dispatching, and field execution
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and SAP best practices
  • Gather and analyze business requirements from client stakeholders
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical SAP FSM solutions
  • Conduct workshops with business users and technical teams
  • Define service lifecycle processes and field operations models
  • Configure SAP FSM modules including: Scheduling and dispatching, Mobile workforce enablement, Service order execution, Resource planning and optimization
  • Optimize system performance and service workflows
  • Define and implement best practices for field service operations
  • Lead integration design between SAP FSM and enterprise systems including: SAP S/4HANA, SAP CX / Service platforms, Third-party enterprise systems
  • Define API-based integration strategies
  • Work with middleware teams (CPI/PI/PO) for data exchange flows
  • Ensure real-time and batch integration consistency
  • Act as the senior SAP FSM subject matter expert across engagements
  • Provide architectural governance and design validation
  • Review functional and technical deliverables
  • Guide development and configuration teams
  • Establish best practices and reusable solution templates
  • Support system testing (SIT, UAT)
  • Assist in deployment and cutover planning
  • Provide post-go-live stabilization support
  • Troubleshoot critical production issues when required
  • Work directly with client business and IT leadership teams
