About The Position

As a SAP consulting generalist at PwC, you will focus on providing consulting services across various SAP applications to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of SAP applications. Your role will include, but isn’t limited to: Lead or assist client engagements within the SAP product suite, emphasize technical development efforts and off-shore development resources, that includes: Developing, designing, implementing and supporting complex business processes in an SAP environment; Designing, building, testing and deploying SAP FICO technical solutions, emphasizing RICEFs (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms) design and development. Facilitate client discussions and workshops to refine business requirements and translate them into system requirements while identifying gaps and proposing workaround solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand & gather requirements and design solutions which enable seamless integration across modules (e.g. FI, CO, MM, SD, PS, EAM, SCM) from Finance perspective. Analyze complex ideas or proposals and build a range of meaningful recommendations. Use multiple sources of information including broader stakeholder views to develop solutions and recommendations. Use data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making. Develop a point of view on key global trends, and how they impact clients. Manage a variety of viewpoints to build consensus and create positive outcomes for all parties.

Requirements

Extensive knowledge and understanding of SAP FICO application based solutions with demonstrated proficiency in multiple SAP modules, including consulting, designing, implementing and leading significant tracks on larger projects or leading medium sized consulting engagements within the SAP product suite
SAP consulting knowledge and success assisting clients in the implementation and support of SAP FICO packaged solutions and improving financial business processes
Demonstrated experience in hands-on configuration of SAP ECC or S/4HANA in several submodules of FICO
Must have been engaged on at least three full project life cycles of SAP FICO implementations with knowledge of integration to other modules
Proven experience in transcribing and transposing technical information into business language and vice versa
Experienced in leading discussions with senior management
An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work
The successful candidate requires fluency in English, in addition to French as they will be required to support or collaborate with English-speaking clients, colleagues and/or stakeholders during the course of their employment with PwC Canada
