About The Position

This role is responsible for helping design, build, and continuously improve the client's online platform. The position involves researching, suggesting, and implementing new technology solutions following best practices and standards. The individual will take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products and be a productive member of the team.

Requirements

• SAP FICO Consultant with hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, HighRadius, SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC), and PAC.
• Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, Private Cloud, or RISE with SAP implementations.
• Hands-on experience with SAP FICO, including integration with modules such as SD, MM, PP, QM, EWM, IBP, PM, and reporting/analytics.
• Experience with HighRadius, SAP DRC, and PAC.
• Experience with SAP Activate, Fit-to-Standard workshops, Agile delivery, and structured ERP implementation methodologies.
• Knowledge of data migration, master data governance, security role design, change management, and business readiness activities.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, automotive, aerospace, consumer goods, or complex supply chain environments is preferred.
• Relevant professional certification such as SAP, PMP, APICS/ASCM, Lean Six Sigma, CPSM, CIPS, or equivalent is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and continuously improve the client's online platform.
• Research, suggest, and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.
• Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.
• Ensure SAP processes and transactions are accurate, compliant, efficient, and aligned with business requirements.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to define future-state processes and ensure effective user adoption during go-live and steady-state operations.
• Take ownership of assigned SAP workstreams and ensure timely delivery with minimal business disruption.
